LCS is a specialist in residential and commercial Painting, Tiling, Floor Boarding, Water Proofing, Caulking, Labour Hire and Builder's Cleaning. Our trade services aim to make life easier for our builder partners. As we supply services that are aligned to each other, we add value to building projects by reducing variations to contracts, ensuring consistent workflow and effectively meeting deadlines. Each of our staff has been through an extensive training process which makes them capable and competent on-site.

LCS consists of four teams, composed of 20 Painters, 15 Tilers, 25 Caulkers, 35 guys for Labour Hire and 85 Cleaners, – all are supervised by our site managers. Each of our workers has White Cards and correct PPE to ensure a safe working environment. There is no project too big or small for us, as we have the man-power, dedication, and commitment to see it through. We won’t give up until our customers are more than 100% satisfied.
