HOW IT ALL STARTED...

We began only providing builders cleaning services – but quickly noticed the problems that builders often face from defects or mess left by other trades. Identifying the opportunity present, we introduced new trade services to avoid extra problems, costs and variations to contracts. Our trade services now not only include builders cleaning but also painting, floor boarding, caulking, tiling, waterproofing and labour-hire. Thus, our commitment is to provide an effective and integrated construction supply chain that minimises extra costs and also aims to change environment of fear, dishonesty, and frustration on-site.

 LCS was founded in 2009. Like many post-war migrants, He came to Australia in search of a better life, away from injustice. He founded the company with the dream of giving a better life for his mother and to be able to build a family without the suffering he passed through. Today, Luli is proud of not only being able to provide the life his family deserves – but to also allow others to dream and help further their families. Luli employs 171 people from many different backgrounds in Victoria. He also aims to expand throughout Queensland and Western Australia.
